I can't explain why I've been getting the symptoms - the "numbness" (for lack of a better word) in my hands and the difficulty breathing. A physical problem? Spiritual issue? Or is it just my emotions acting up?

It's annoying though - 4 times in 3 days. Add to that today's return visit by Mr. Diarrhea , and you really can't blame me for feeling like I'm disintegrating.

Better go see a doctor on Monday.
