Caught in the middle.

Now I have to play nice, be diplomatic with both parties and come up with some nice compromise that'll leave everybody feeling warm and fuzzy. Or at least let them leave the bargaining table thinking that they've gained something, when in fact I'm the real winner. Muahahaha. Ok. I'm kidding. Even though probation's over I had better behave. Besides, I have no way of tracking the readership of this blog. For all we know the people involved may be reading this right now. Doh. Better keep my cards closer to my chest.
