he knows what God has called him to do - whether he thinks it's crazy is another story.

It's been ages since I went on an excursion and this Friday my unit's herding everybody off on a mandatory tour of our nation's heritage sites. Something about celebrating CNY. If you ask me I'd rather have a half day off like everybody else. Why would I wanna walk around some ancient mosques or temples? The only plus to going is the fact that I'll be able to go trigger happy with my lomo. Between my Fisheye and Thomas' Holga, we should get some nifty shots.

Passion. I'm more and more confident that my calling, at least in the near future, is in the Worship Ministry. I long to bring people to see Jesus. "This is the God I worship!", that kinda thing. My personal dream is to see our worship ministers up onstage, so connected with the Holy Spirit that every word sung, every note played, every thump on the drums brings people into an encounter with God.

I know God is preparing me for great things, with all the struggles that I have had to face for the past few months. Submitting to His authority. Trusting Him even when things look so bleak and rock bottom that I have to force the words out. Making sure that my private worship life outshines my public worship. Stuff like that. Kinda demoralising to see so many faults in myself, but it makes me realise how much I need to rely on Christ.

Joshua 24:15 - "But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord". Powerful words indeed.
