It's time for a com change. Seriously. My current desktop is over a year old. What used to be a high-end, super fast com is now an ancient relic compared to the coms of today.

I'm going to be a little more adventurous this time. No more desktops for me. Besides, my table is seriously cluttered. So I'm adding to that clutter with a notebook. My main requirements this time:

1) Let's me play the latest games. It's no secret that I'm a gaming geek.
2) Let's me work on websites. My com slows down everytime I work on a large sized picture.
3) Internal wireless internet connection. I ain't gonna lug my modem around.
4) Tons of hard disk space. My current com has a 120GB memory and I'm still feeling cramped.
5) Did I mention games?

I'd post more specific details except that I know half of you out there wouldn't understand it anyway. Having said that, check out this baby. Alienware of course, nothing less. The only snag here is that it's not available in Singapore, so if I do buy it, they'll have to ship it from overseas, and if the com screws up, I'll have to ship it back for repairs. I don't have that kind of money, so I'm probably settling for a Dell Inspiron 9300. Not as eye catching, nor as powerful as the Alienware m7700, but still a powerhouse nonetheless.

Then again with the Christmas season approaching I'm probably going to have to put this on hold till next year. Come to think of it, my pay sucks. Sure, I'm being paid to slack and play games but how does anybody survive on 370 bucks a month?
